When integrated with your Salesforce CRM, Revcast pulls both active and past sales opportunity data up to 24 months old. This historical information allows Revcast to better help you visualize, manage, and forecast the KPIs and assumptions for your revenue organization.

Non-USD currency will be converted to USD in Revcast to provide a single, organized way to display and compare information.

As such, if you utilize non-USD currency OR multiple currencies in Salesforce, you must use the Salesforce feature for “Advanced Currency Management”.

The steps are as follows and must be performed by a Salesforce administrator on your account.

  1. Log-in to Salesforce as an administrator and head to the “Company Information” page. Ensure that “Activate Multiple Currencies” is enabled:

  1. Once that’s done, head to the “Manage Currencies” page & click to enable “Advanced Currency Management”:

  1. From the “Manage Currencies” page, click to add a new currency via the “New” button:

  1. Once you’ve added the currencies you need to handle, follow the specific instructions from Salesforce here in order to allow Revcast to properly pull currency data from your prior opportunities.
